The process of submitting applications to the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan for observation of early parliamentary elections in all the pull stations will be completed by January 30, 2020, it was reflected in the "Calendar plan of main actions and measures for the preparation and holding of early elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Azerbaijani CEC, APA reports.
According to the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani citizens with active suffrage right (on their own initiative, on the initiative of a registered candidate, party bloc, non-governmental organization operating in the field of elections), international (foreign) observers (registered with the CEC in accordance with the law) should submit their applications to the CEC within 10 days prior to the date of the official publication of the election order for observation in all poll stations.
In connection with the early parliamentary elections scheduled for February 9 next year, the term covers the date of by January 30, 2020.
