In which cases international flights to be allowed during martial law, announced

In connection with declared martial law in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan the movement from a place of residence of those who have tickets for a relevant flight for international and domestic flights will be allowed on the basis of their tickets, persons entering the country from the state border will be allowed to enter their place of residence or stay on the basis of a stamp affixed to their passports, APA reports citing the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, on the settlement of some issues related to the declared martial law in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
