Law on doubling fines for not wearing mask come into force

President Ilham Aliyev has approved the amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, APA reports.

According to the law, the fines on using individual protective means during the period of the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary hygienic and quarantine regimes have been increased.

So, for violating the requirements determined by relevant executive authorities on using individual protective means during anti pandemic regime, sanitary hygienic and quarantine regimes, as well as not preventing the violation of those requirements by officials and legal entities, individuals will be fined in the amount of AZN 100, authorities AZN 200, and legal entities in the amount of AZN 400.
