Mazahir Panahov: “CEC’s obligation is to defend rights of all election subjects”

“The violation of anybody’s right in elections is out of the question”, said Mazahir Panahov, chairman of Central Election Commission (CEC) at the CEC’s meeting held today, APA reports.

M. Panahov noted that the CEC’s obligation is to defend rights of all election subjects: “Everybody can refer to CEC all unpleasant cases. If the CEC receives any appeal, we will attend the place which that appeal relates to”.
