“Let’s finalize the plenary sessions within 2 hours during the period of quarantine”, said today Musa Guliyev, chairman of the Labor and social policy committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament during discussion of the “Annual report (for 2019) related to implementation of administrative control over activity of municipalities” presented by Vilayat Zahirov, deputy minister of Justice at the meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament, APA reports.

He said the virus spreads more intensively in closed spaces: “Therefore, the speeches should be finalized in 5 minutes, while meetings – in 2 hours. If this is not possible, a break should be taken after 2 hours, doors and windows should be opened and the air should be ventilated”.
