Russia’s observer: “Elections made quite positive impression on me ”

“Neither serious nor non-serious violations of law were observed in snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan,” Russian observer Arkady Chernitsky who monitored the snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan stated.

According to him, elections can be assessed as a positive indicator of the professionalism of work organization of representatives of election commissions within the existing regulations: “Elections have made quite positive impression on me both in terms of organization and competition among candidates.”
