“Azerbaijani Parliament will continue its work. The power of the previous parliament in Azerbaijan is considered to be completed after the powers of new parliament coming into force,” Deputy Executive Secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Associations and Religious Organizations, Siyavush Novruzov stated, APA reports.
He noted that it has been mentioned in the Constitution of Azerbaijan.
Siyavush Novruzov also stated that the date of the next parliamentary elections is determined by Azerbaijani President.
