“The heads of the law enforcement agencies of the regions whose heads of Executive Power have been arrested also bear responsibility”, said the deputy Siyavush Novruzov during a discussion of current issues at the meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament held today, APA reports.
“Because they must have timely written and reported to the superior concerned agencies and to the leader of the country the information regarding the unlawful actions taking place in regions. If such reports and data are received timely by the country’s leader, the situation wouldn’t have reached such a scale. Therefore, I think that in this case, the heads of the law enforcement agencies of those regions also bear responsibility. That is why, they should also be brought to responsibility and punished along with heads of executive power”, he said.
