Some reports, annual report and information to be discussed at spring session of Azerbaijani Parliament

Some reports, annual report, and information will be discussed at the 2021 spring session of Milli Majlis, APA reports.

According to the Internal Charter of the Milli Majlis, report of the Cabinet of Ministers, annual report of the Chamber of Accounts, annual report of Ombudsman, annual report of the body which carries out administrative control over the activities of municipalities, annual report of the National Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings will be heard and adopted.

According to Internal Charter, the Cabinet of Ministers should give a report on the activity of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the 5th meeting of spring session of Milli Majlis every year.

At the same time in accordance with “on Chamber of Accounts” Chamber of Accounts presents annual report on its activity.

According to the law on Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ombudsman makes a speech in Milli Majlis with annual report.

According to the law On administrative control over the activities of municipalities, the body carrying out administrative control presents annual report on its activity to Milli Majlis at the end of every year. In this report, the body exercising administrative control over the activities of municipalities may make proposals for amendments to the laws regulating the activities of municipalities.

In accordance with the Law on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, the National Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings also submits an annual report on the fight against human trafficking in the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Milli Majlis.
