Azerbaijani Parliament has ratified several interstate agreements.

The Joint Declaration on the Roadmap for Strategic Partnership and Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Poland, the Protocol on amendments to the Agreement on Cooperation in the Defense Sphere between the governments of Azerbaijan and Poland, signed in the city of Warsaw on March 30, 2005, the Protocol on extension for seven years of the Agreement on prevention of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and defense measures between the governments of Azerbaijan and the United States, the Agreement on establishment of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Institute, the Framework Agreement on Facilitation of Cross-Border Paperless Trade in Asia and the Pacific, the Agreement on exemption from visa requirements for diplomatic passport holders between the governments of Azerbaijan and Japan, the Agreement on abolition of the visa regime for holders of diplomatic and service passports between the governments of Azerbaijan and Bolivia, and the Joint Declaration on establishment of strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Latvia were put to vote and ratified at a plenary session on December 1, APA reported.
