Bosnian MP: No violations at presidential election in Azerbaijan

Voting in Azerbaijan’s presidential election continues very well, in accordance with law, Salmir Kaplan, MP of Bosnia and Herzegovina, told APA.

The MP said that he observed the voting process at three polling stations.

“We visited three poling stations and there were no violations. We’re planning to visit ten more polling stations. Some procedures used in Azerbaijan are not applied in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Kaplan, stressing that the election in Azerbaijan are held transparently.

Azerbaijan is holding presidential election today, on April 11. Eight candidates are registered for participating in the elections.

The election is observed by 894 international observers (61 organizations, 59 countries) and 58,175 local observers.
