Shortcomings have been revealed in the activities of Azerbaijan’s embassies in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Bulgaria, Italy, and Egypt, said an annual report (2016) of the country’s Chamber of Accounts.
Although the Chamber was able to record the reimbursement by the embassies in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Bulgaria of the financial losses, the reimbursement by the embassies in Italy and Egypt were not recorded. The Chamber of Accounts has been informed by the Foreign Ministry that it is making efforts in this direction.
The report has been submitted to the parliament and will be tabled on April 14.
