Negotiations for Elnur Huseynzade are ongoing with international organizations, Ismayil Akhundov, head of the working group of Azerbaijan’s State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People Commission, told APA on Froday.
He said that representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross have met Elnur Huseynzade.
“Elnur Huseynzade had no problem with his health, nor did he have any complaints. Armenia says it has opened a criminal case against him. For this reason, no information is given,” he said.
It should be noted that Azerbaijani citizen Elnur Huseynzade had been detained by Armenians near the Talish village under unknown circumstances.
