"Innovations will be introduced from next year in the recognition of foreign diplomas," Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education Eldar Orujov said at a press conference on the results of the year, APA reports.
Mr. Orujov emphasized that in many countries, especially in the field of health, the standard of education is lower than the standard of education in Azerbaijan. In this case, their knowledge is not enough.
"The draft of the new rules will include the concept of partial recognition, and the knowledge acquired by students will be recognized by us, they will be given the right to obtain loans and complete their specialties, which are lacking in other higher education institutions in Azerbaijan. The process has been discussed for a long time. I think that the project will be approved early next year," he said.
