"Armenia committed large-scale provocations. As a result of resolute measures taken by Azerbaijani Army, these provocations were prevented," said Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Sahiba Gafarova at today's meeting, APA reports.
Speaker has noted that Armenia bears full military responsibility: "Armenia's purpose is prevention of renovation and reconstruction works in the liberated territories. I ask you to commemorate our servicemen, who were martyred on September 13, as well as in the First and Second Patriotic Wars with a minute of silence."
Martyrs have been commemorated at the Parliament.
