The question of transporting these cargoes to the trucks of Russian peacekeepers and delivering them through their vehicles was the matter of discussion, Assistant to Azerbaijani President-Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev told journalists at the post created for Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society's humanitarian cargo on Aghdam-Asgaran-Khankandi road, APA reports.
“However, yesterday, the information disseminated in the mass media and the videos shared on social media showed that they are trying to prevent this through some organized actions. The delivery of these cargoes here is yet another indicator of Azerbaijan's intention. But the responsibility for the non-acceptance and refusal of cargoes falls entirely on the so-called regime, and also on the Armenian side, who continue to play their certain functions and roles in this manipulative process,” Hikmat Hajiyev noted.
