Hikmet Hajiyev: "Armenia should assess new geopolitical realities and draw conclusion from this"

"In the recent interview with the local channels, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has replied to the questions regarding the normalization of the Azerbaijani-Armenian relations," said Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev, APA reports.

H. Hajiyev said that among the issues that will normalize relations, the President touched upon the start of negotiations on the signing of a potential peace agreement and other issues.

He noted that Armenia should assess new geopolitical realities that emerged in the region and draw a conclusion from this.

Hacıyev bildirib ki, həmin dövrdə Sovet qoşunları tərəfindən Bakı şəhərinə udar hərbi əməliyyatı adı altında müdaxilə edilərək Azərbaycan xalqının mübarizlik əzmini sındırmaq məqsədi güdülürdusə bu tamamilə əks effekt verdi.
