"V Congress of World Azerbaijanis has been held in Shusha city, Azerbaijan's culture capital. After 44 days of Patriotic war, holding the Victory Congress in Shusha has a symbolic meaning," said chair of parliament Sahiba Gafarova at the meeting of Milli Majlis held today, APA reports.
The chair said that today Azerbaijan attracts the world's attention: "President Ilham Aliyev has delivered a broad speech at the congress. This speech has determined the main criteria for each of us for the upcoming period. President Ilham Aliyev has once announced that we have destroyed the fascism in the South Caucasus".
