The Representatives of Armenian origin people of Azerbaijan’s Garabagh who came to meeting at Azerbaijan’s Yevlakh at the invitation of the Presidential Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, are on their way to Khankandi, APA’s Garabagh bureau reports.
Their cars entered to Aghdam, Azerbaijan’s now liberated territory and moved in the direction of Khankendi.

The meeting with the representatives of the Armenian residents of the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan held on September 21 at the invitation of the Presidential Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been completed in the city of Yevlakh, APA reports.
The negotiations heard discussions on reintegration issues of Armenian residents of Garabagh.

On September 21, at the invitation of the Presidential Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a meeting with representatives of the Armenian residents of the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan has kicked off in the city of Yevlakh, APA reports.
The central authorities of Azerbaijan are represented by Ramin Mammadov, who was appointed as the person responsible for contacts with Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Bashir Hajiyev, Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Garabagh Economic Region (except Shusha district), and Ilkin Sultanov, an employee of the Special Representative office.
Armenian residents of Garabagh are represented by Sergey Martirosyan and David Melkumyan. A representative of the Russian peacekeeping contingent is attending the meeting as a participant.

Representatives of the Armenian residents of Karabakh have arrived in the city of Yevlakh for a meeting with the responsible person for contacts with representatives of the Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Final preparations for the meeting are underway.
During the meeting, the sides will discuss the issues of reintegration based on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The local anti-terrorist measures initiated by the Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh resulted in the disarmament of the separatists. Taking into account the appeal of the representatives of the Armenian population of Garabagh through the Russian peacekeeping contingent, on September 20, 2023, at 13:00 an agreement was reached on the cessation of local anti-terrorist measures.
As proposed by the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the meeting with the representatives of the Armenian residents living in the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan to discuss the reintegration issues, based on the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its laws, will be held on 21 September 2023 in Yevlakh.
