As a result of local anti-terrorist measures, the representatives of the Armenian residents of Azerbaijan's Garabagh region, who surrendered by raising a white flag and agreed to negotiations, arrived in the Yevlakh district today for a meeting, APA reports.
They are accompanied by the Russian peacekeeping contingent along with the Azerbaijani police.
The Azerbaijani side will hold a meeting with representatives in Yevlakh.
