Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romania-Hungary Working Group was established, Péter Szijjártó, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade wrote on Facebook, APA reports.

"The large-scale plan will help achieve two important goals, which will deliver green electricity to Hungary through Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Romania. With this investment, on the one hand, we will further improve our energy security, and on the other hand, we will be closer to achieving our climate protection goals. The joint investment is unique at its turn because we will lay the world's longest underwater power cable of 1,195 kilometers under the Black Sea. Today, we created the Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romania-Hungary Working Group and gave it the task of preparing a single technical-economic justification," Péter Szijjártó noted.
