“Issue of gas transit to Balkan countries through Turkiye found its solution,” said Azerbaijan’s Energy minister Parviz Shahbazov at the press conference on the results of the 9th and 1st meetings of ministers within the framework of the Green Energy Consultative Council held in Baku on February 3 within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor Consultative Council, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, there is no issue regarding the transportation to Turkiye. Currently, preparation works on delivering to Balkan countries through Turkiye are underway.
“There is no need to sign any special document regarding the transit. Once upon a time, relevant documents related to transit works were signed,” noted Parviz Shahbazov.
