Azerbaijan's Finance Minister unveils funds spent on elimination damage caused by the Armenian aggression

"Several state-owned enterprises faced problems due to the pandemic in 2022," said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov during the discussion of the draft law on the implementation of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021 at the meeting of economic policy, industry and entrepreneurship committee of Milli Majlis, APA reports.

The Minister said that the state debt was executed at the level of 2 billion 199 million manats and all our debts were paid on time: “129 million manats were paid for the maintenance of our diplomatic missions and trade missions abroad. 470 million manats were used from the Reserve Fund of the President. Moreover, several cities were destroyed as a result of the Armenian aggression, and 48.9 million manats have been allocated for their restoration. As a result of the Armenian aggression, 12.2 million manats were allocated from the reserve fund to eliminate the problems of the population."
