In January-April of the current year, 14 711,7 million cubic meters of gas were transported via main gas pipelines in Azerbaijan, which is 5,7% more in annual comparison, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.
49,9% of gas was transported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum South Caucasus Pipeline. Through this pipeline, gas is produced in the "Shahdeniz" gas-condensate field is exported.
Thus, during the reporting period, 7 346,4 mln. cubic meters of gas was transported via this pipeline (an 8,3% increase in comparison to the same period of 2022).
