Azerbaijan is a country that has energy resources. If you spend more than 10% of your salary namely heating, it means that you are weak in terms of energy. Azerbaijan fully provides itself with electrical energy. However, not only market rules, but also additional stimuli must be applied,” noted E. Soltanov.
