Jacket for the Azeri-Central-East platform (ACE), which is loaded onto the transportation barge STB-1 of Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping CJSC (ASCO) has been sailed away in a safe way, APA-Economics reports citing ASCO.
It should be noted that Jacket for Azeri-Central-East platform (ACE), which is loaded onto the transportation barge STB-1 and was constructed in Baku Deepwater Jackets Factory named after Heydar Aliyev has been sailed away on March 16, 2023
Necessary modification works were carried out last year on the STB-1 barge for operation in the Azeri-Central-Eastern project. The barge's certification on the required grades has been updated.
The length of STB-1 which is the biggest barge of the Caspian Sea is 163 meters and wide is 45 meters, and the carrying capacity on deck is 18000 tons.
