“Shusha is turning into a green energy pearl,” said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov in the special session organized in Shusha within the framework of Baku Energy Week, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, relevant works on establishing green zone in the liberated areas from the occupation are underway. The minister added that last year, four small hydropower plants were commissioned in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, and this year this figure will reach five.
The minister stressed that the ministry will sign documents with BP and Masdar companies on the energy field today.
