In January-March of this year, 9 161,85 tonnes of meat worth USD 15 674,52 has been imported to Azerbaijan, according to calculations of APA-Economics based on a report of the State Customs Committee.
It is 4.8% more than the previous indicator in value, while 4.2% in volume.
In the reporting period, 2 932,78 tonnes of milk (an increase of 52.8%) worth USD 4 137,63 thousand (an increase of 47.3%) has been imported into the country
Besides, in the first three months of the current year, 4 966,88 tonnes of butter and others made of milk worth USD 26 910,47 thousand has been imported to Azerbaijan, which is 34% and 19.4% more relevantly.
