Azerbaijan-Ireland trade turnover increased by above 75%

In January-July 2023, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Ireland amounted to USD 388,073,000, which is 75.6% or USD 167 million 37 thousand more than the corresponding period of 2022, according to calculations done by APA-Economics based on the report by the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, the volume of exports from Azerbaijan to Ireland increased by 80.6% and equaled USD 367,936,000. During the same period, the volume of exports from Ireland to Azerbaijan increased by 16.7% and amounted to 20,136,000.

In addition, 99.6% of Azerbaijan's export to Ireland was crude oil product. In the first 7 months of the current year, Azerbaijan exported 630,056 tons of oil worth USD 366,641,000 to Ireland.
