As progress is underway, economy is becoming complex after we pay the initial infrastructure," said Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov at the discussion of the draft law "On public-private partnership", which has been put in a discussion at the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship, APA reports.
Minister has noted that the need for projects with huge capital capacity appears: "As life condition improves, expectations of both population and entrepreneurship facilities increase. If we do not use private investments, the investments, which we involve from foreign markets, it will restrict our improvement."
