Lithuanian President: We see Azerbaijan as a growing economic power

"Azerbaijan is an important partner of Lithuania. We are interested in exploring mutually beneficial opportunities in this aprtnership," said President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda as he delivered a speech at the opening of Lithuania-Azerbaijan Business Forum, APA's correspondent assigned to Vilnius reports.

"We see Azerbaijan as a growing economic power, this country has great energy potential and is ambitious in diversification. There are opportunities in various sectors of Azerbaijan's economy, such as information technologies, logistics, processing, renewable energy, and this attracts Lithuanian businessmen," Gitanas Nauseda said.

The President of Lithuania highlighted that the digital infrastructure of his country is fast and accessible: "It is considered one of the best in Europe.
