"35 Azerbaijani companies and representatives of about 10 state structures are participating in the Lithuanian-Azerbaijani Business Forum in Vilnius," Head of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO) Yusif Abdullayev said, APA reports.
"More than 50 companies participated in the Business Forum on the Lithuanian side," Yusif Abdullayev added.
Yusif Abdullayev noted that entrepreneurs representing industry, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and supermarket chains are participating in the Business Forum.
Regarding the activities of Lithuanian companies in the liberated territories of Azeerbaijan, the Head of AZPROMO noted that a catalog of potential investment projects has been prepared.
Yusif Abdullayev emphasized that the main goal is the industrialization of Azerbaijan:
"We traditionally export agricultural products. Lithuania also stands out in the field of export and processing of agricultural products, and Lithuanian companies are strongly represented in this field in Azerbaijan".
