“From this year, the price of flour produced from imported food grains by businesses entities in the domestic market has been adjusted to the current price of food wheat on the world market. As a result, change in prices of flour and traditional (circle) bread is being observed,” State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control told APA-Economics.
The service has further strengthened control measures in this regard. The State Service has organized meetings with grain importers, as well as flour and bread producers within the framework of preventive measures and warned about the inadmissibility of abuses of the situation in this regard.
