At the weekly press briefing, held on 24 March, Burak Ã–zÃ¼gergin noted that parliaments are not places where decisions are made about historical issues. On the question: "Have the State on this matter to the European Court of Human Rights?", Ozugargin replied that "One of the options is to consider an appeal to international legal authorities."
