PACE decides not to debar Armenia from voting

Strasbourg –APA. Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Monitoring Committee decided not to debar Armenia from voting, APA reports. Armenian parliamentarian delegated to PACE Armen Rustamian told journalists the Monitoring Committee decided not to impose political sanctions against Armenia taking into account the government’s political will to eliminate the problems. Earlier PACE President Luis Maria de Puig said that Armenia wouldn’t be debarred from voting.
