Strasbourg. Alexander Kin-APA. Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis expressed his disappointment with shortcomings in democratic development of Armenia, APA European bureau reports.
Davis told journalists that death of 8, arrest of over 100 people in Armenia in March, 2008 caused their anxiety. He added that development on freedom of speech was not enough in Armenia. He did not say what decision would be passed by PACE on Armenia.
