Terry Davis: “We cannot render psychological assistance to juveniles injured as a result of South Ossetia conflictâ€

Strasbourg. Alexander Kin-APA. Secretary General of the Council of Europe expressed regret at not realizing their programs in South Ossetia, APA’s special correspondent reports from Strasbourg.
Mr. Davis noted that the Council of Europe initiated to render psychological assistance to juveniles injured as a result of south Ossetia conflict.
“We cannot enter South Ossetia and therefore programs are not realizedâ€, he added.
The CE Secretary General underlined that both Russia and Georgia were guilty of conflict occurred in August and stressed that these countries did not implement commitments undertaken to the Council of Europe.
