Georgia will receive a million doses of Pfizer vaccine against new kind of coronavirus (COVID-19 ) infection, said Georgian Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze, APA’s local bureau reports.
According to her, currently, Georgia is waiting for confirmation from the manufacturer company on how, in what format and on what schedule the vaccines will be delivered.
The minister noted that Georgia conducts active negotiations with other vaccine producers and as a result of negotiations with Pfizer, an agreement was reached regarding the receiving of one million doses.
