Ukraine has registered a record 13,276 new cases of COVID-19 as of 9 a.m. on March 13. The total number of cases in the country since the start of the pandemic is approaching 1.5 million, APA reports citing KyivPost.
This is the highest number of new daily cases since Dec. 10.
In the past 24 hours, 4,897 COVID-19 patients have recovered and 243 have died. Over 1.2 million people have recovered from COVID-19 and 28,158 have died since the pandemic hit Ukraine.
In the past 24 hours, 3,967 people have been hospitalized with COVID-19.
