The Ukrainian military liberated 46 settlements in the Kherson region. This was stated by the acting Kherson Regional Military Administration Dmitry Butriy at an online briefing on Monday, August 1, APA reports citing Ukrainian media.
“In the Kherson region, 46 settlements have already been de-occupied today, most of them are in the north (regions – ed.), which borders on the Dnipropetrovsk region. And a little in the south – on the border with the Mykolaiv region,” Butrii said.
According to him, in the de-occupied territory “there are villages that are practically destroyed by 90% – even today they are under constant shelling, the population has mostly left.”
