The second largest construction company of China, China Railway International Group, may be the new investor of Anaklia deep-sea Port of Georgia, Revaz Arveladze, the member of the parliamentary majority said, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.
According to him, the Chinese company is one of the main interested companies in the construction of the port.
Note that, Georgian government canceled the investment contract with Anaklia Development Consortium yesterday. The government said the reason is that the consortium has not fulfilled its obligations to bring in investments for the project.
