Earthquake hits in region on Georgian-Azerbaijani border

Magnitude-3.6 earthquake has hit in Georgia, APA’s local bureau reports citing the information issued by Georgia’s Earth Sciences Institute and National Seismic Monitoring Center.

The report says the epicenter of the earthquake that occurred at 06:06 Georgia time was recorded 39 km to south-east of Dedoplistkaro settlement of Kakheti region situated near the border with Azerbaijan.

No destruction and fatal casualty is reported.
