We are not going and are not ready to impose strict economic restrictions, - said Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, APA reports citing Georgian Journal.

According to Gakharia, the success achieved in the clinical management of the virus should be moved to economic dimension in order for the economy to recover quickly.

"All of us, together with our citizens, are primarily interested in moving the achievements attained in the field of clinical management of the virus to the economic dimension. Economy should recover quickly. For this we need to make the virus management effective. These are not difficult requirements, wearing a mask is not a difficult requirement, but it seems that we will have to impose certain restrictions and I think that our citizens will properly perceive these restrictions," - said Giorgi Gakharia.
