Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Roman Golovchenko Prime Minister of Belarus. The candidacy has to be approved by the lower chamber of the Belarusian parliament. The head of state signed the relevant decree on 19 August, APA reports citing BelTA.
