The Netherlands is planning on introducing a curfew for its citizens for the first time since World War II, according to RTL.

The curfew will most likely last from 8:30 pm CET to 04:30 am CET and is expected to last until the end of the current lockdown. Commenting on the upcoming measures, law enforcement officials said they will be in charge of implementing the curfew but complained that the planned fine of €95 was too low.

The government is expected to allow some exceptions, meaning that those that have to go to work will be allowed to move as well as anyone assisting people or animals in need.
