The US's use of terrorist organizations in Syria in the fight against ISIS is an attempt to create a new Afghanistan, said Ömer Çelik, Turkiye’s ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) spokesperson at a press conference, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that these terrorist organizations use the weapons and ammunition they bought from the USA and other Western countries against the Turkish soldiers and nation.
Çelik stressed that it is necessary to turn to Turkiye, which is an ally in NATO, in the fight against ISIS, not to terrorist organizations.
