European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell confirmed on Monday the final draft aimed at saving the 2015 nuclear deal between the United States and Iran had been finished and presented, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"What can be negotiated has been negotiated, and it's now in a final text. However, behind every technical issue and every paragraph lies a political decision that needs to be taken in the capitals," Borrell said on Twitter. "If these answers are positive, then we can sign this deal," he added.
Earlier, the Iranian side responded to the final draft on restoring the nuclear deal, emphasizing that the issue required "a comprehensive review."
