"Turkey has become one of the leading countries using the most effective use of opportunities," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevllut Cavusoglu, APA's correspondent in Istanbul reports.
He noted that the international governance system can no longer withstand crises and needs change to work more effectively.
The minister said Turkiye pursues peace-oriented diplomacy.
"Could someone else bring Russia and Ukraine together beside us? It is both an indicator of principled policy and sincere steps taken for peace ... We are working for peace in all areas, from Latin America to Africa, from Central Asia to the Balkans," he said.
