Türkiye is in favor of continuing the normalization process with Syria without preconditions and in good faith, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlud Cavusoglu told reporters about the meeting of the foreign ministers of Türkiye, Russia, Syria and Iran in Moscow, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that an agreement was reached on the development of a road map related to this process, and technical meetings are planned. In addition, it was decided to create a relevant committee with the participation of the deputy foreign ministers, defense ministries and intelligence services of the two countries. Within the framework of the committee's activities, the first meeting is expected to take place soon.
Cavusoglu also added that stability should be ensured in order to end the activities of terrorist organizations in Syria.
