The Bulgarian consulate in Melitopol of Ukraine has been kidnapped, said Ivan Fedorov, mayor of Melitopol, APA reports citing Silkway News.
“My colleagues kidnapped over the entire country more than 50, today 29 are in prisons of invaders. They kidnap all who have their own opinion, patriotic moods. A few hours ago, it became known that in Melitopol kidnapped the honorary consul of Bulgaria.” said Ivan Fedorov.
According to him, Russian troops over the past four days completely blocked the evacuation in Zaporizhia any route.
According to the mayor, there is no cash in the city.
